Required Mid States Registration for ALL V & JV Players

ALL Varsity and Junior Varsity players must complete the Mid States Club Hockey registration in addition to registering for your club. Please see the link below.

In addition, all 2006 and 2007 birth year players MUST complete the Safe Sport training before they will be allowed to take the ice for practices and games.
